User Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for protecting your personal data and for ensuring that your device is safeguarded against unauthorized access. Use of our service must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations.

Verification and Compatibility

It is essential that you verify whether your device is compatible with eSIM technology before completing your purchase. We accept no responsibility for issues arising from device incompatibility.

Responsibility for eSIM Activation

The user is fully responsible for the correct activation and use of the eSIM after purchase. We are not responsible for:

• cases where the customer has not activated the eSIM;
• cases where the customer has left the Allow Data/Cellular Switch option enabled on the device, resulting in charges from other operators;
• cases where the eSIM was not activated due to a lack of technical knowledge or a failure to check on the user's part.

Any payment or charge incurred from third-party operators, due to non-activation or incorrect use, installation, or activation of the eSIM, is the user's full responsibility.

Carrying Over or Transferring the eSIM

Carrying over or transferring the eSIM from KudoSim comes with some important information that customers should keep in mind before deciding to use our services:

Before Scanning the eSIM

If you have not yet scanned the QR code for your eSIM, you have the flexibility to install the eSIM on any suitable device that supports eSIM technology. This means that, up until the moment of scanning, you are free to choose the device on which you wish to use your eSIM.

Scanning the QR Code

It is essential to note that the QR code you receive for your eSIM can be scanned only once. The moment this code is scanned and the eSIM is activated on a device, it is considered used and becomes closely tied to that specific device.

After Scanning

After activation, it is impossible to carry over or transfer the eSIM to another device. This restriction is in line with telecommunications operators' regulations and is in place to ensure the security and integrity of telecommunications services.

Refund and Chargeback Rules

Before making your purchase, we encourage you to verify whether your device supports eSIM by clicking the link provided during the order process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their device is compatible with the service offered by KudoSim.

If you purchase a plan and later discover that your device is not on the list of devices that support eSIM, please be informed that you do not qualify for a refund, as this information was available and should have been verified before purchase.

Once the purchase has been made and the QR code has been sent to you by email, this represents a cost to KudoSim that cannot be refunded. This process activates your service and is considered final. Once customers install the eSIM, it will be considered used and no refunds will be offered.

A refund will be granted only in cases where it can be verified that the error was on our part or within our system. Any refund request under these circumstances must be supported by clear evidence and submitted within 2 days of the purchase date.

Fair Usage Policy for Unlimited Plans

Although an unlimited plan offers the convenience of unrestricted high-speed data use, this does not mean that your data speed will always be at its maximum. To prevent network congestion, most mobile service providers apply a daily usage limit. Once this limit is reached, your data speed will be reduced or "throttled".

Service Availability and Use

It is your responsibility to verify that the destinations where you wish to use the eSIM service are covered by our list. The service must be used in accordance with the guidelines and within the limits permitted by law.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Any unauthorized use of material protected by copyright and intellectual property associated with our service is prohibited.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and changes will be made known through our website.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damage arising from the use or non-use of our eSIM service.
