eSIM Activation Responsibility:

The user is fully responsible for the activation and correct use of the eSIM after purchase.
We are not responsible for:

• cases when the customer has not activated the eSIM;

• cases where the customer has left the Allow Data/Cellular Switch option activated on the device, causing billing from other operators;

• cases where the eSIM is not activated due to lack of technical knowledge or lack of control on the part of the user.

Any payment or billing received from third-party operators due to non-activation or incorrect use/installation/activation of the eSIM is the full responsibility of the user.

Porting or Transferring eSIM:
Porting or Transferring eSIM from KudoSim comes with some important information that customers should keep in mind before deciding to use our services:

Before Scanning the eSIM: If you have not yet scanned the QR code for your eSIM, you have the flexibility to install the eSIM on any compatible device that supports eSIM technology. This means that until the time of scanning, you are free to choose the device on which you want to use your eSIM.

QR Code Scanning: It is essential to note that the QR code you receive for your eSIM can only be scanned once. Once this code has been scanned and the eSIM has been activated on a device, it is considered used and is tightly linked to that specific device.

After Scanning: After activation, it is impossible to port or transfer the eSIM to another device. This restriction is in accordance with the regulations of telecommunications operators and is imposed to ensure the security and integrity of telecommunications services. The telecommunications operating regulator does not allow the transfer of eSIM after scanning due to these security and digital identity management issues.

Customer Considerations: Customers should be clear and firm about the choice of device on which they wish to install the eSIM before scanning the QR code. We recommend that all customers carefully verify device compatibility and be confident in their choice before activating the eSIM.

Refund and Refund Rules:

Device Compatibility Verification: Before making a purchase, we urge you to verify if your device supports eSIM by clicking on the “Please check first if your phone is on the list that works with eSIM” link provided during the ordering process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their device is compatible with the service provided by KudoSim.

Refund for Incompatible Devices: If you purchase a package and later discover that your device is not on the list of devices that support eSIM, please be advised that you are not eligible for a refund as this information was available and should have been verified prior to purchase.

Activation and Cost: Once the purchase is made and the QR code is emailed to you, this represents a non-refundable cost to KudoSim. This process activates your service and is considered final.

While an unlimited plan offers the convenience of unlimited high-speed data usage, it’s important to understand that this doesn’t mean your data speed will always be at its maximum. To prevent network congestion, most mobile service providers enforce a daily usage limit. Once this limit is reached, your data speed will be reduced or “throttled.”

Availability and Use of the Service: It is your responsibility to verify that the destinations where you wish to use the eSIM service are covered by our list. The service must be used in accordance with the instructions and within the limits permitted by law.

Copyright and Intellectual Property: Any unauthorized use of copyrighted and intellectual property material related to our service is prohibited.
