Fair Usage Policy for Unlimited Plans

This policy explains how our Unlimited plans work and how to use them. It applies to all Unlimited plans sold through our website, platform and app, and is read together with the Terms of Use. By purchasing or activating an Unlimited plan, you accept this policy. The provider is KUDOSIM L.L.C.

How an Unlimited plan works

With an Unlimited plan you never run out of internet during the days of your plan. Every day you have an allowance at full speed, enough for video, social media and everything else. Once you use that allowance within the day, internet does not stop, it only slows down, and it remains sufficient for messages, maps and email.

After midnight, according to local time, full speed returns automatically from the start, so the next day you are again on fast internet. This repeats every day until the end of the plan and you do not need to do anything.

Example: with a 3-day Unlimited plan you have around 4GB at full speed each day. On the first day you may use it quickly by watching video, internet then continues more slowly until midnight, and on the second and third day it starts again at full speed. The exact daily allowance is shown in the plan details.

What 'Unlimited' means

Unlimited means there is no total GB amount that runs out, so you are always online. To keep the network fast and fair for everyone, a fair daily limit applies: once you exceed the high-speed allowance for that day, speed is reduced until after midnight, when it restarts at full.

Even at reduced speed you can send and receive messages, browse simple pages, use maps for navigation and make video calls at lower quality. Data-heavy activities such as video streaming, gaming or large downloads will be slower until speed restarts.

Permitted use

Unlimited plans are for personal, non-commercial use. An Unlimited plan provides internet, so it is designed for travelers and professionals on the move who want uninterrupted access to everyday apps: messaging through apps like WhatsApp, social networks like Instagram and TikTok, web browsing and email throughout the day.

Hotspot

Hotspot, meaning sharing internet with other devices, is not permitted with Unlimited plans. As soon as the network detects hotspot use, the connection may be limited or suspended. If you need hotspot, use a regular GB plan.

What is not permitted

An Unlimited plan is a Travel SIM for travel, not home or local internet. To protect the network and keep the service fair for everyone, the following are not permitted:

• reselling, redistributing or commercially sharing the connection with third parties;
• automated or machine-driven use, such as SIM farm, auto-dialer, bulk messaging systems or similar tools;
• use that overloads or blocks the network for others, such as continuous uploading and downloading of very large files, P2P file sharing like BitTorrent, or running a web or game server;
• any use that is unlawful or in breach of applicable law;
• attempts to circumvent the network management measures in this policy.

For very data-heavy activities, Wi-Fi is recommended. If otherwise used, suspension may be applied automatically by the operators you connect to, and we accept no responsibility for this.

Network management

The networks that power our plans may apply traffic management during periods of high load. This may result in speed reductions beyond the daily limit described above and is outside our direct control. KudoSim makes no guarantee as to the speed, quality or availability of the connection at any given moment.

Breaches of this policy

If we reasonably believe that an Unlimited plan is being used in breach of this policy, we may, without prior notice: limit or suspend access to the plan and your account; close the plan without refund; or take any other reasonable measure to protect the network and other users. A breach of this policy is also a breach of our Terms of Use.

Coverage

The Unlimited plan (Europe + Region) covers 46 countries, including Albania, Italy, Germany and other countries across Europe and the region. Within Kosovo the travel plan has no signal; for internet within Kosovo you need the Diaspora plan.

General

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect from the date of publication and apply to plans purchased on or after that date. This policy is governed together with our Terms of Use. For questions, write to us at info@kudoesim.com.
